Additionally, support was provided in the rebranding and expansion of Pravi Spa, the hotel’s wellness sanctuary. This involved conducting a thorough competitor analysis to inform the spa’s identity development and create tailored programs that align with its vision. These strategic efforts not only enhanced the resort’s market presence but also established Cicada Resort Bali Ubud as a premier destination for luxury and wellness in Ubud.
